The entire IT/Executive team has been engaged since the Wednesday outage and they have all been up for days trying to resolve the issues at hand. And they will continue for as long as it takes.
In short – the servers are not playing nice in the sandbox.
The service providers give recommendations that in simple cases might work but with our complexity but some of them fail.
They will continue to go down every path, try every option, until they get this resolved
They have built this software to be the best and demand constant speed and efficiency and will complete that task.
They will continue to update as best they can and notify you of any planned outages. Please continue to be patient and let LDIF do its thing, if its hung up, let it try and finish the process before you go clicking and punching the screen. If you get an error – hit SHOW DETAILS and report the error. That gives them the best visual of what YOU specifically are
seeing.
Things will get better, as they get all cylinders cranking and they will work on this until its back.
