Stay Consistent!
"He who says he abides in Him ought
himself also to walk just as He walked"
1 John 2: 6
While we like consistency in people like our surgeon or
airplane pilot, and in things like our car brakes and hot
water heaters, we are lax in our personal consistency.
The marks of our consistency—believing and
obeying God’s truth— are frequently elusive.
By following example set for us by Jesus, in every
way, whatever we do, we can always submit to the
will of the Father. You can be consistently Christlike.
Let the certainty of His return motivate you to be
consistent in your Christian life so that you are
assured and not ashamed at His coming.
