Is being average a good thing?  It means that you are doing as well as most people, and you are just getting by.  Is that what you want?  Staying average brokering freight means you move a small amount of loads and get average results.  Staying average won’t make you more money, and it certainly won’t lead to massive success.  Average doesn’t do anything more than just getting by while paying your bills.
